Customer assistant Alif was extremely personable and pleasant. Took time to ask relevant questions, is knowledgeable and patient. Very professional with a sense of humour! I felt he was genuine, gave great advice but with no pressure.

The assistant Aslam provided excellent top customer service. He was extremely kind and very helpful as he showed me a selection of some of the best products and advised me to buy the most ideal one. I appreciate his service a lot and I am very satisfied with his customer service.

The colleague was extremely helpful and appeared very knowledgeable. There was a considerable number of products that could have fitted our needs but he was able to narrow it down to those that fitted exactly. The deals on offer appeared to be satisfactory and we were able to place the order with ease and the delivery offered fitted our timetable very well!
