Dreams - Beckton

I had excellent service the first time I visited three years ago - so I came back again and had another experience - so will no doubt be returning again in the future. The quality of service that I have had from Dreams has been really outstanding- both on the phone and in store. And I mean outstanding not just in the furniture world but even if you compare it to any other industry. It is some of the best customer service I have ever received. Period.

The member of staff atif was very attentive spent a load of time explaining the goods we was purchasing we used the new mattress analysis machine it was an amazing experience and very helpful

The Sales Person was excellent in dealing with Us, his name was Atif at the Beckton Branch

We were welcomed on arrival, served a hot drink and the member of staff of patience and happy to help show us all of the products that applied to us and answer all questions. There was no pushy sales and we were given the time and the space to make a decision. Both Sway and Agnes were very good.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience as Ali was very professional and friendly during my visit and helped me decide which Tempur mattress was best for me.
