I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of all the staff whilst walking around the store. Agnes, who served us, was very very friendly and her product knowledge and recommendations were incredible. She was very polite and didn't pressure us into making quick decisions and showed us all options available. The transaction process was fairly easy and simple and Agnes explained each step thouroughly to make sure we were happy with. Excellent serice all round and very very happy with the purchase we made. We can't thank Agnes enough and will be going back again.

Aslam and Atif were really friendly and polite. It was a very hot day and they offered us drink which was wonderful gesture even offered ice cream lolly. They were really funny that if we had money we would litreally buy all the products from the dreams just for them. They went through every single thing with us. Even regrading payment they gave us multiple option to pay also went through the product details and made our life much easier to choose the best product which will prefectly fit into our budget and comfort.

We were attended to straight away the assistant was courteous and knowledgeable. We were offered a drink and felt that time ws taken in finding the best product for us

My husband and myself have been looking for a mattress for a very long time and we thought of visiting dreams. Upon arriving, a worker of dreams (Atif) has been very welcoming to start of and asked if we needed any helf. My husband is disabled and has difficulty sleeping which we told atif and he was asking specific question in order to understand the type of mattress we need. He was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time understanding and explaining aswell as vocalising his knowledge of different type of mattress which was very helpful. He was very patient and calm and many times my husband was reluctant to spend a lot but once he showed us a specific mattress of our choice we did not even look at the price. It was everything we wanted and especially with my husband who has loads of back pain from his health condition he is extremely happily. Will be recommending dreams to all my family and my children who are going to be loving out soon and especially will be recommending atif aswell. HE NEEDS A PROMOTION!!

Alif was a brilliant assistant that helped us find a suited mattress that we needed as well as catering to our budget, he was comfortable to talk to and also taking in everything we were asking, It was a very fast process, I believe we only spent 30 minutes in there and were very happy with our purchase afterwards.

Aslam who served us was very friendly and helpful. He made the visit very pleasant .
