I was mostly satisfied with the welcoming attitude of the customer assistant

I was served my a lovely shop assistant name Agnes, she was so thorough with me throughout my visit at Dreams. She was very knowledgable about the products and guided my through the whole sale process. I was extremely pleased with the way she dealt with me.

The sales assistant approached us with ease and he was ever so laid back and relaxed. Who knew there was so much fun stuff to when it comes to buying a buying a bed. Buying my first home and a first bed with me and my wife we were getting everything new and the sales assistant Aslam he was so well knowledged, we were looking at a particular bed and because the bed we wanted had underneath storage he showed us a similar bed for a similar price. I started to get hot as the building in bekton I believe has no air conditioning so he offered me a cold bottle of water which made it so much eaiser. My wife and I looked at the similar type of bed and we were happy with our design and purchase of Deacon ottoman grey bed. I just think £649 was a little expensive, I was prepared to pay £500 but it was a little over budget which did saddened me I don’t fault the sales man it isn’t he’s job to make prices he’s job is to make customers like me feel relaxed and welcomed and make a sale and 100% he done great overall he was great

The staff members that attended to me - Asif and Agnes - were professional, polite, friendly and helpful.

there was not only a good choice, the young man serving me immediately tested my sleeping posture which was very helpful and made me feel welcomed and valued. He was patient because I could not make up my mind. Crucially there was no hard sell which I always appreciate.
