Agnes and Ali were exceptional. From the moment myself and my wife walked in we were approached with a huge smile and a great welcome. We were asked if we needed any help then given time to browse at our own leisure. To cap things off we were offered water or a coffee which is incredible customer service and nothing like other bed stores I visited that day. Brilliant advice, not pushy and after our purchase we were given a fond farewell and invitation back if we needed anything else. 5* service

Each and every small details were taken care, from budget to which room needs what. Agnes (Customer Sales Representative) explained all technical aspects of the products and how it differs from each other. She ensured things were provided in budget which we quoted which was really impressive. I could not have got any better deal than this which also left me highly satisfied.
