Laud at your Beckton store was so patient with me - he devoted a whole hour to understanding my needs as well as my budget. He wasn’t extra sales’y or push’y but really took the time to try and find what would be right for me. He also showed me the mattress finder and being 36 weeks pregnant he kept offering to get me a drink! Such a considerate gentleman.
