The person who served me and my partner was Ali he was extremely present and showed us the machine with a tv at the top he recommended many different choices of beds to choose from and suggested that we try them out to fine the perfect one when we decided he offered us tea coffee ect and went though all the details as we wanted to do buy now and pay later he went through all the terms and conditions and also gave us some free pillows and a mattress protector as a good Will gesture he was easy to talk to and very friendly

Me and my husband are extremely happy with the gentleman named Atif at Dreams in Beckton, London. His customer service was second to none, he was polite and extremely knowledgeable and respectful and helped us all through. I would definitely use dreams again
