The sales person called Ali in the Beckton store was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. He acknowledged us from the start, was excellent in explaining the products, helped find a suitable bed and other items. He sorted out the delivery etc and was calm caring friendly and patient at all times. I was extremely impressed with Ali and it was because of him I bought the bed, would go there again and recommend to others.

I was highly satisfied as the staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. The Beckton Branch is amazing! Alif's customer service was fantastic and he is an amazing Sales Assistant. He was very professional and I was able to build rapport with him and we had a great conversation on topics such as Football. His product knowledge is exceptional and he advised me on what to buy based on my needs and wants. I also loved the added extra such as the Sleepmatch Technology which appropriately enabled me to select the perfect mattress. I have come back after 8 years to purchase a new Bed and Mattress and Dreams high standards and quality consistently remain and I am very impressed. The layout of the store was excellent and the store and employees were very organised. However, I would suggest that there should be a wider range of sale items as Dreams advertised an end of season sale but there was not many items on sale. Everything else was perfect otherwise!

Munsur handled our query very well. He informed us with all the details about the mattress we had our eye on and cleared a few questions we had. He was very helpful and best part he didn’t take too long in taking our order and was very polite and attentive. It is the first time we have ever bought from dreams. We are impressed with the quality products you have an in store and the helpful cheerful employees like Munsur. Thank you!!

The assistance we had from Munsu at the Dreams store in Beckton was very good. He was polite and understood. He told us about the mattress tester app and we were very happy with that as it helped us understand which mattress was best suited to us. Looking forward to receiving the mattress.

I would like to highlight how attentive Atif was to our needs. He listened well and assessed the type of mattress and narrowed down to a choice of three which really helped so we can then focus on pillows shortly after. He demonstrated a great wealth of knowledge and was very patient and attentive. So would highly recommend his expertise to anyone I know looking to buy a bed , mattress or pillow.
