I am highly satisfied with my order because of the quality and price but my satisfaction more so comes down to the costumer service I recieved while shopping for my new bed. Ali was calm and very reassuring when explaining the process of ordering and delivery. He offered myself and my parents coffee and tea to make us feel comfortable and even went the extra mile by providing me with pillows free of charge. He definitely made my experience a good one and I will surely come back to visit dreams again.
