Customer service was great and efficient. We were looked after and given undivided attention. Very friendly staff.

The manager Agnes was at her best. We felt at home, She was very patient, friendly and took time to answered all our questions. I am so impressed. Dreams Becton will be my shop anytime I need beddings.

Good choices on beds although the one I wanted got my kids was not available but they are were happy with those we took instead. So I I’m happy too . Atif was grate . Thank you Atif

The lady who helped us was very courteous and assisted us in a very patient and polite manner. She served us with tea whilst waiting to be sat in front of the computer and showed us round for alternative products to the ones we had selected

Dreams Beckton is the place we visit for bedroom shopping for the last ten years. The most important part of our shopping experience is the customer support. We have dealt with at least 4 sale assistants and we have found all of them extremely helpful in helping us find the products we are looking for.

The customer service was exceptional. Atif at Dreams Beckton could not have been more helpful. Showed my partner and I around the store after we were given the Sleepmatch test, so that we got an idea of the range of mattresses available to us. Great experience - Atif was super helpful and we probably wouldn't have bought anything if it hadn't been for his input! Top man!
