Dreams - Beckton

I was looking for a new bed but wasn't sure about the mattress as i usually have back pains. I was approached by Laud who was helpful and done the sleep test recommending which type of matress i should have he then showed them to me and after a lot of deciding i picked and purchased

Ali at Beckton was fantastic. Called to check availability then drive 70miles to be greeted by a cheery soul, super helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

Extremely pleased with the service we received today from MR ASLAM A delightful young man who explained all aspects of purchasing a bed We tried the Dffierents bed and Mr Aslam showed us 4 beds that he had recommended to us. Mr Aslam is very bad employ (Good Way) infact we went to look something else and has made us buy really fantastic bed for my son. I would definitely recommend Dreams & especially Mr Aslam

Laud was gave us an amazing customer service, he showed us the bear mattresses to purchase and helped us how to pick the correct by making us try the sleep machine

Laud in Beckton branch was fantastic !, i was acknowledged and greeted on my arrival. He understood my needs and used the latest technology instore to match the perfect mattress for me. We had discussed the results and shown me possible options to try out with the aid of a foam pillow. Furthermore, as manager myself in the retail sector, i was extremely impressed with Laud and his customer service skills, very energetic and passionate about the products making my purchase a 'Dream'. I did not feel rushed, or uncomfortable trying out the range, i was informed of all the benefits and craftsmanship of the mattresses which influenced my final decision. TOP MARKS FOR LAUD AT BECKTON !!!! Highly Rated, Top Salesman!!

Came in to get a certain mattress.showed it to me, let me try it and then allowed me to buy it straight away. Very nice and didn't waffle at all.

Alif was very helpful not overbearing or pushy. Gave us advice we needed and helped us choose our products etc
