Friendly and helpful staff.

Sway was incredibly helpful and friendly. He knew what he was talking about and went out of his way to ensure we knew about the products that were available in store (he even managed to persuade us to get the mattress insured). He gave us a break down of the products in store that we were interested and was very knowledgeable which was helpful in us making a final decisions. His kind and gentle approach with us was very much appreciated.

From the start to finish, my advisor was exceptionally helpful, knew a lot about the products, very friendly. I knew nothing when I walk in the store today but she really explain everything to me and I also had choices to consider before buying my bed.

Great team of staff when we went in there - Thanks to Ali, Atif and the lady manager sorry did not catch her name. Not only did they show us all the options available but made us feel welcome with offers of tea and coffee. Thanks Atif for the offer of a biscuit: ) Would not hesitate buying from Dreams again. Just hope no problems with delivery.

The sales advisor Atif approached me as I entered the store (my first visit to Dreams) and was very helpful in helping me choose a bed and mattress for my daughter. He was very patient and showed me the different options. My first visit to dreams was a very pleasant one as a result. It's very reassuring to have such helpful and friendly staff attend to you when you are spending lots of money on products.

Sway assisted us in choosing our mattress, provided good product knowledge and didnt try upsell but allowed us to choose what was best for us, no pressurised selling just a good pleasant individual. This is what customer service is all about and will highly recommend Dreams to friends and family. Overall it was Sway's service which made me choose Dreams over any other provider.

Sway at the Beckton branch was a pleasure to deal with he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different products and services that Dreams provided. I left going into the store just having a look to purchasing a bed base and floor-standing headboard, this is down to Sway.

While we entered the store, Mr Ali welcomed us and ask if we need any assistance . We thanked him and while looking he again approached us and we got good help from him in terms of product quality and price . It was a good experience as I never been at Becton branch. Mr Ali's friendly approach and help we bought the Sofabed. Thank you Mr Ali For your assistance and help . We really appreciated it.

I received a warm , friendly greeting from Ali.Offered me a hot drink.He also allowed me to use the staff toilet.He completed the sleep machine analysis and recommended that I should purchase a firm mattress.His product knowledge is very good and made recommendations.

The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by Laud. Laud was very helpful in helping me and my fiance find the right mattress for us based on the sleep match machine, he even gave us pillows to try along with the different recommended mattresses. Laud was very receptive and took our feedback on the mattresses seriously which was greatly appreciated whilst being very cheery. After me and my fiance were set on our decision Laud very kindly offered us beverages as he noticed my fiance stifling her coughs. Laud's a great salesman, the overall experience was very productive for us due to Lauds' help. 10/10
