We received top customer service from Atif at your Beckton store. He was helpful, knowledgeable and was able to point us to items that corresponded to our needs. You need to give him a promotion.

The member of staff Atif was friendly and polite. He listened carefully to our needs and was able to advise and direct us towards our purchase needs. He also explained our "options" and "choices" whilst advising us to physically test the products whilst in the store. He was efficient in finding the stock and supplied us with an excellent delivery date which fitted in with our plans. Overall he was very conscientious and focused on finding the products best for us and we were happy to make our purchase. note: our local branch is in Chadwell Heath however when I visited the branch, I didn't get the service I required.

I had a first class customer journey. I had a friendly greeting offered a drink The assistant was highly professional. I knew what I wanted and he identified it straight away. I’m a sales director and would have no hesitation offering your member of staff a job !

Members of Staff Agnes at Beckton store was very helpful from Start to Finish, she was not to pushy in trying to force us to buy. She was helpful in helping us find the right mattress and was knowledgeable. She gave us high level of customer service and also gave us time alone to test the mattress and speak between ourselves.

Mr atif have a great knowledge of beds. Also he is very helpful.

Ali met us as we entered the store. He encouraged us to try the Dreams mattress test. He was very knowledgable about the range of products and encouraged us to try the mattresses in the very firm range. We tested three mattresses price ranges from £400 - £1000. There was no pressure towards the higher priced mattress. We were given pillows to try each mattress and even had a cup of tea as we walked around. Ali was polite and friendly without putting any pressure on us at any point of the visit. I think not having any pressure put on us made us happy to go ahead with our purchase.
