Dreams - Beckton

The prices and variety were one of the reasons we were so satisfied. Went in with the intention of just looking but ended of finalizing 3 mattress purchases. Also the colleague who assisted us was great, his name was Munsur.

Customer service was impeccable and we were extremely pleased with every aspect of our visit

The staff was well welcoming, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products.

On entering Dreams we were met by a very pleasant gentlemen called Aslam . My Mother had recently had a knee operation and he was very kind and understanding. He offered us drinks and a place to sit while we discussed our needs. We didn’t feel pressured into buying what we couldn’t afford. Thank you Aslam for all your help.

Over all I was very satisfied with the service I received,I was served by Atif who was very helpful after explaining what I was after he explained the price's offer me a pillow to try out any of the bed of my choice as well offer me a drink through the whole process .even though I did not try out the sleepmatch this time I had try it out on a previous visit to the store and I find it to be very useful . So well done to Atif you made my visit very relaxing and enjoyable thank you very much.

I was served by a very friendly woman Agnes. I took my 2 little kids in the store and she was very patient with all of us

I came to the store looking for a mattress, I explained my situation and how I like to sleep and they were really understanding and informative. We had Rebecca & Atif guide us around the store showing us varies mattresses we would like. We finally picked one and we was given options of when we would like our delivery. Atif came in halfway through and explained add-ons included if we chose a cover plan, he was very well informed on the benefits and the terms and conditions of adding the cover plan. After his persuasive chat we decided to buy it.

I was served by Aslam who was very supportive and helpful. He took me to the sleep match machine and matched me a new Matress which I am very happy about. He gave me good advice on what type of bed and was overfill very helpful
