Genuine people and fantastic service

Aslam the salesman was very professional and greeted us, offered drink and also sleep matched for choosing mattress. Free pillow was given with our purchase. We have returned to Dreams after 8 years since we made our 1st purchase of 2 beds. Visited the same store in Beckton even though there are other 2-3 stores Nearer to where I live.

Our sales agent, Aslam, was not pushy and actually listened to what we wanted to purchase. He asked about the person sleeping on the mattress and advised us to what would be suitable taking into account our budget. Aslam was very quick to find out delivery dates of a bed and talk us through the delivery process. We were encouraged to use the bed tool, offered drinks and was extremely helpful.

To be honest it was the service which amazed me, from entering the store to leaving the store I got the help I needed. I was confused about what I needed and was assisted amazingly by the employee. Great attitude and great knowledge.

Staff were aware of my presence and quickly directed me to the items I was searching for. An item which I couldn't find as it was only online was also demonstrated using similar items. Staff also explained the coloured layout which was useful. Test on the smart bed was a nice experience. Completing the sale was smooth. Service was overall 10 out of 10.

I visited the Bekton store and Ali was great at listening to what I wanted. He advised but was not forceful with his approach, provided me with the opportunity to use the mattress machine to identify the correct style suited for my body type. I went away and thought about my options. Living in London and travelling as far as Norfolk for work on days prevents me from accessing stores within time frames. I called the following day and liaised with Ali to process my order. Ali was great with his customer support and I felt satisfied and grateful that the experience was not as bad as I thought it would be having such a hectic schedule.

We were served by Aslam in the Beckton store. He was really helpful and attentive. He gave us space to discuss our purchase but was on hand to help us without crowding us.

The Assistant Mr Aslamhad had a thorough knowledge about what type of bed I am looking for plus he did a test to choose the right mattress. Overall I had a good experience. I would recommend to any one for your good services.
