Azeem, a new member of staff, was lovely and sorted everything out. The store manager (didn’t catch her name) was lovely and she helped Azeem out in a professional manner without demeaning a new member of staff when he made some mistakes and was learning the new things. Absolutely lovely staff members. We were in out with 2 new beds and 2 mattresses within 1hour

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MINUTE WE ENTERED THE STORE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND .FOCUSED ON OUR NEEDS WE WERE INTRODUCED TO THE SLEEP MATCH WHICH WAS VERY GOOD.WALKED AWAY WITH WHAT WE CAME FOR ...COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED.

I always come to Beckton dreams for am my beds and mattresses. We moved from the ares but still come back because of the customer service and friendly staff. They always treat us well and deal with us as soon as we come in. The products are well priced too. Top service we have recommended so many family & friends to this particular store and will continue to do so. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Staff's of the store are really very friendly and cooperative. They helped us whole time while we are in the store. Ali was the name who helped us all the way from selecting to actual purchase we made. He showed and explained all the bed, mattress and pillows. Because of that we were able to select our bed and mattress easily. I'll definitely come back to the dreams again.

Ali was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. He greeted me warmly when I came in, ensured that I found the right mattress for my needs and gave me plenty of time to ensure that I was happy with the mattress. When we sat down to discuss the price, he offered me a tea which was really kind. I really appreciated the price we were able to come to. Overall, I think my purchase with Dreams was made to be an exceptional experience as Ali was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to go the extra mile to ensure I as a customer was happy with the purchase. I would happily come to this Dreams store again, but specifically, ask for Ali as I know he's such a valued team member. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.
