I was served by customer advisor Alif in Beckton Store on the 27th of December,the advisor was super helpful and 100% knowlagable on the mattress I was looking at.Alif also understand exactly what I was looking for as I have medical issues with my back and neck I wanted something firm but comfartable that wont give me shoulder pain and lower back pain. Within my budget Alif choose the Sealy Riseborough which is perfect for me as itsn't soft and I didn't sink in but soft as its micro quilted. (Mix of pocket springs and foam layered)hopefully it will arrive on the 10/01/2020 and I will be having good night sleeps!! 'Exellent customer service by Alif'
