Sway and Alif both provided fantastic customer service. Sway was very attentive and showed a lot of knowledge and both him and Alif were very friendly Sway took a lot of time in assisting us. As a result we purchased a bed mattress and two bedside cabinets. They are both two fantastic members of staff and I hope that they can be commended for their fantastic customer service. It was a pleasure visiting this store as per usual and I would have no hesitation in recommending friends and family to this store.

The store assistant Sway and colleagues were very keen to help me out with a bed that met my specific needs and budget. As well as being patient and offered me a cup of coffee with biscuits! They went above and beyond to help me make my purchase with no sales pressure.

Went into store to purchase bed for my son and Alif walked us through the whole process of recommendations and also explaining the differences between the different types, as you can imagine it can be a bit overwhelming when you have so much choice but this whole process was simplified by Alif and made my son feel very commutable with his choices

Aslam was very helpful and efficient. We were recommended a very good mattress and the whole experience was a pleasure.

As soon I enter in the shop with mum mum, a member of staff great us and offer us something to drink. Later I had a look of the mattress and the bed frame in the shop and I bought one of them with Alif. I am very happy about my purchase and about the staff welcoming.

The customer assistant that served us, Ali, was very helpful. He was knowledgable and assisted us with the purchase of our mattress. At no point did we feel that he was hard selling and he gave us time to make our decision.
