We entered the store and were pleasantly surprised to see we were not over run by staff. After a little look around we were approached by Ali, he wanted to know what we were looking for. He asked us if we would like hot drinks and then proceeded to explain the difference between the mattresses, he then were asked if we would like to sleepmatch machine. After showing us some likely matches he left us to wander around and take a better look by ourselves. After coming to a shortlist we told Ali we were going to look at other options in other stores, again he did not try give us the hard sell. After visiting other shops it was decided to return to your store where we sought out Ali to complete the transaction, again we were given time to make our minds up All through our visit the staff were offering us hot drinks.

I was awknowledged by all members of the staff, when I walked into Dreams in Beckton but we was greeted by Sway with a friendly smile and he also offered me a drink within10 minutes of me browsing on the shop floor. I really appreciated Sway's assistance and help in purchasing my lovely mattress which I am really pleased by. Sway listened to me carefully and asked me the right questions to help me find what I was looking for and also he took into account my budget and personal financial situation and wasn't so frustratingly pushy into making his sales. When it came to the final payment I had to amend my order on the very last minute. Sway was very patient and once again kind and considerate of my personal situation, which I really appreciated. Thank you Sway for your wonderful customer service.

First of all is the quality of the items, and the staff very helpful with your needs.

The store staff were really friendly and helped very paitiently while we were decide which bed frame is better. Gave really good advise.
