Excellent customer service. The salesperson was friendly and polite. He answered our questions and also suggested alternative products.

I was assisted by Aslam in the store. He was very helpful and made the experience very easy. He was knowledgeable about the stock and was able to recommend products based on what we needed.

Alif from dreams beckton store put us at ease with the lead times and was very patient. Went through everything with us in store which made the purchase easy and smooth. Excellent service!

The best customer service I have ever had in any shop I've ever been too. Friendly, helpful, efficient and capable. I wish all shopping experiences were like this. The shop assistant, Agnes I believe her name was, was exceptionally efficient and was friendly and professional too. I think I'll only ever come to this store for beds from now on. Thanks 👍☺️

We were greeted with warmth within seconds of entering the store and asked if we needed assistance. We didn't think we did (we had done online research in advance of going, and thought we knew what we wanted) but within minutes we were on the Sleepmatch machine and our minds were being blown. Agnes, the assistant who was helping us, was incredibly helpful and kind and she guided us around the Sleepmatch selections (and taught us so much about mattresses, we had no idea!) until we found the perfect one. She was absolutely terrific; I would recommend her to anyone who treasures their sleep.

We were seen on the first day (the day before we made the purchase) by Abid and then on the day we made the purchase by Munsur. Both of them were excellent in terms of service - so helpful. Whilst we were actually making the purchase another of the colleagues (I can't remember his name but there were only two of them present at the time - approx 7:30pm Thursday 26th September) also spoke to us and was super helpful. All of them were so patient as we browsed and made the decision on the mattress.
