Atif provided excellent customer service today. He greeted both my partner and myself with a smile at the door and listened well to our requirements. He took us onto the sleep match machine which identified the best type of mattress for us, and then made sure we had the right pillows for our sleeping habits to take round when trying out every mattress. He was really knowledgable and kind and took us on the correct selection of mattress so we knew we had the right one. He offered us tea and coffee and we had a great chat with him. If he is still there in 10 years we would absolutely go back to him as we had a great shopping experience and walked out the shop with huge smiles on our faces. Thanks again to Atif!

I was greeted upon entering the store in a friendly manner. I was then assisted by Azeem who I could tell was new but eager to assist. He offered tea and showed me the items I was looking for. Overall satisfied with the experience but unhappy with one issue which was not the fault of the staff. You do not offer the matching storage box with the Lucia dark grey bed although you do the other colours. Apart from that your staff are fantastic.

I find the shop keeper very helpful and very pleasant

Uncle Ali at Beckton branch greeted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us shop the whole way through. He showed me various different types of mattresses and explained benefits + talked me through various different price ranges. In the end, he sold me my new Deacon ottoman bed frame and mattress. I couldn’t be happier! He also offered both my parents coffee and made us feel at home during the ordering process.

The staff were truly amazing very helpful and insightful . The store manager Agnes was very attentive and Atif the sales person was very knowledgeable .The store was close to closing when I arrived but Agnes and Atif still did not rush my wife and I .the staff stayed after closing to attend to us ,which I thought was great. The service was amazing definitely first class which helped me decide to buy a Tempur mattress from dreams .
