Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff member who saw to me. The machine that takes readings of your laying position was a novel thing that I had not seen anywhere else before. Plenty of choice to choose from, after the machine had told me I need a very firm matress. A fantastic 'no problems' transaction, that even came with a very nice cup of coffee. What more could you ask for.

Aslam was very helpful. He also remembered we came to the store once before, so that was a very nice touch.

I always go to dreams when I want a new bed for me or my family, this is the third bed I've purchased within a year and I'm always satisfied with my experience. The people that work there are lovely and know what their talking about, very friendly and listens to your needs. Alif served us and I can say I felt very comfortable with him dealing with my order, I had nothing to worry about. We even ended up having a normal conversation with him and my daughter. Store was clean also,

The customer service was excellent. We came late at the shop but we were welcomed and accommodated by the staff despite that it was their closing time. Not to mention we were still offered tea and coffee as well. They helped us decide which ones will suit our budget and loads of options were offered so we can get what we really wanted. We bought a king size tempur mattress and bed frame and I must say we are very pleased and highly satisfied with our purchase. It was the best bed and we will definitely recommend Dreams' bed. We will surely be buying another one for our guest room!

The man who assisted us (Prabjot), was incredibly helpful and assisted us well my intentions coming to dreams was not to buy anything, but he convinced us with the best deals and we went home satisfied with our products. I have not received it yet but I'm sure it'll be amazing. Additionally he offered us drinks and warm hospitality.

Our customer advisor was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Aslam tended to our needs and gave us a range of options to help us with our decision. He even offered us a hot drink! He helped us by using the sleepmatch machine which improved our experience and our local dreams store. I am an extremely happy customer and cannot wait for our delivery to arrive :-)
