Being greeted upon entrance was surprising compared to other stores we visited, Sway was extremley helpful and professional. He showed us the sleep machine and set it up for us to use. He used his discretion and allowed us to lay on the machine alone and came back with the results when ready. He showed us our results and took us to each mattress to try and discuss. He gave us the full range of benefits of each one and allowed us space and time to try each one. Once we made a decision he was on hand to help select bases and headboards. He was excellent during the order and payment process and has a charming persona which takes the intensity out of a purchase that many find stressful. I would recommend this store and Sway in particular to anyone. He deserves recognition and a raise!!

Ali was great the way he provided excellent customer service. I am very happy with the quality of both the mattress and pillow set. We were also offered coffee and tea which was nice!

I was greeted by a very friendly sales assistant - Aslam - who offered us a drink, and was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of mattresses and also explained the use of the machine that recommends a best fit mattress, talking us through this. Very impressed indeed

I was extremely satisfied with the service Azeem gave to us. He answered every question I had, directed me to my needs and expectations. He was extremely patient with the time it took for me to decide. He is very friendly in his tone of voice, speaks very politely and friendly. As soon as we entered the store he was at our service. I would highly recommend freinds and family to attend Dreams for their bedding expectation. It was a wonderful experience and Azeem's service was undoubtedly exceptional. Thank you very much!

The fella we dealt with was a diamond of a bloke I’m really a novice when searching for kids bunk beds he showed us what to look out for paid attention to our needs and then helped us find the right bed. Missus and kids over the moon!

We was greeted by Ali and Alif,these 2 gentlemen took time to listen to the what we were looking for in purchasing an electric tilt bed for my disabled mum,we were offered coffee and tea during our visit,mum is quite frail and was offered plenty of time to try out different beds and mattresses instore with full explanations on all beds and mattresses without being rushed and also given a pillow on each bed.These 2 gentleman are an absolute assett to your store,a truly pleasant experience and will definately be returning and reccommending to anyone wishing to purchase a new bed or mattress from Dreams.
