We were seen at the Beckton Dreams store by a lovely gentleman called Alif. As myself and my husband don't have much experience in buying beds/mattresses we came to the store knowing what kind of frame and headboard we wanted but no idea regarding mattress. Upon arrival Alif welcomed up with greeting and asked if he could help, he then realised that the mattress was our main concern and guided us to the computerised area that checks which mattress is best suited to you. Once we established what kind of mattress we needed, Alif took alot of time explaining the different mattresses and getting us to try them and was very patient with us as we took alot of time seeing what myself and my husband agreed on. He gave great advice and also guided us on which pillows would be best for our health issues and spine alignment. We purchased a lovely bed frame, suitable mattress and because we were on a tight budget we were given the option for checking the clearance section for the base. Another lovely member of staff (lady) offered us a beverage whilst Alif was sorting our order details. Fabulous service, felt like a very valued customer and Alif is a great asset to the store. Thank you again.

We were greated as we entered the store and someone helped us navigate around the store to help us understand where everything was. We then did the machine to help identify the most suitable mattress. Alif helped us and he was a great help- explaining the difference between products but not making us feel pressured to buy. He also allowed us to bring our dog into the store which was a massive help as it allowed us to focus on our purchase in a considered way and not feel under pressure to cut our time short in store. This allowed us to purchase 2 beds and feel that we had considered all options. Everyone was really friendly and overall the service and experience was a great one- thank you for making the process of buying beds a simpler and enjoyable experience

The assistance was great , it was early morning and I had not yet had a coffee and was offered one which helped keep me browsing. The salesman was friendly without being overbearing which would have sent me back out of the door if he had. I felt in control of the purchase and informed of all options etc. A very satisfied service

Ali who served us was very good, he explained all the differences in the mattresses and did not rush us at all. Very professional

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She took time to help us explore our options explaining the differences between the beds and the various mattresses in stock, Which did help us in making an informed choice. Thank you Dreams
