Me and my mum visited the Beckton Retail Park Store. Upon entrance we were offered masks, and prompted to the hand sanitiser machine. A member of staff Alif, was extremely helpful in helping us with picking the bed and showing all the options. We were offered bedding covers and bedcare. His proffesional demeanour and excellent customer services skills definitely made the visit to the store better . I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.
