Dreams - Beckton

Aslam helped us during our mattress purchase this weekend. He was kind and patient with us (and we are tough and indecisive!).

This is my 3rd time ordering a mattress from Dreams in Beckton since 2019. The staff there are so helpful - they are genuinely nice people who put the customer first. They are always polite and caring - the customer service truly is excellent. I went to about 3 other stores in the area looking for a mattress for our spare room but the team at Dreams in Beckton were by far the best - not pushy at all, I can't believe this is the third time I have ordered from you guys! If it wasn't for the customer service I might have purchased from elsewhere. Would strongly recommend you give the team a raise to make sure they don't go anywhere else! Really enjoyed the experience, normally buying large household items is really stressful but they took the stress out of it. Thanks guys!

Atif was very welcoming and friendly! Very good customer service! Would highly recommend to family and friends! Also was greeted with a cup of tea and lots of smiles around the store.

My server was Asif in Beckton Dreams who was extremely kind and useful and gave us all his attention. He provided me with the material/colour book so I can see the chosen colour and material I wanted for my bed and guided me personally to the different headboard designs that existed. He showcased a lot of the beds' features, like the Ottoman bed which convinced me to buy the product at the end.

Attention to detail. The staff member that dealt with my requests, was understanding about my needs and very knowledgeable about what they could offer.

I found the product I was looking for at a quality standard, and also received a friendly service.

From the moment my wife and I stepped into this Dreams store we were taken care of in terms of what we were looking for and what we wanted. All the staff were friendly and very welcoming. In particular Aslam who had assisted us in our search for our bed and mattress. The first visit didn’t result in purchasing anything as the bed was out of stock however Aslam had promised to keep us informed regarding the availability of the products and true to his word he did. We had waited nearly 2 months and the fact that Aslam did not forget us nor our requirements resulted in us going back and purchasing the items that we had originally wanted. I found him very helpful and accommodating.

I was supported enough and given choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had the opportunity to try the mattress before making a purchase
