The assistant was readily available and knowledgeable on the items we were after. He was patient, offered us something to drink and suggested a items suited to us perfectly.

We found this store easy to navigate. The assistant Aslam answered all our questions and recommended this Ottoman bed. We had fitting added which was good and the bed arrived today and the fitters did a great job. I normally go to IKEA but opted for Dreams this time. A good choice and really happy with the whole experience.

I am satisfied because the lady which is named rebecca helped me find the perfect pillow for the beds in my home .her communication skills is very good n she explained the benefits of each pillow!

Well, Is not a first time we purchasing from DREAMS and all the time we had exceptional service and good quality products for reasonable price.

I believe we were served by Agnes the store manager, the service was amazing, I was actually emotional as we are moving house and she was just great, that was probably one of the best customer experiences I have had, her tone, knowledge and reassurance was just perfect. She went out of her way to get a package for us which was suitable for us and exceptionally good value. I am honoured to have been served by her, what a role model for the store. Excellent, fantastic and just brilliant.
