Alif a colleague who worked there, he was brilliant he went round with me and my daughter and I tried a few different beds and he explained about each one he was very thorough then when I did find the bed I wanted he sorted everything out for me the delivery, removal of old bed and getting someone to fix my new one up. I was very pleased with his service and he was friendly and patient with me I was really happy when I walked out of there. He made my day to be honest he had a laugh with me and I can be fussy but he didn’t pressure me into anything his very laid back. Thanks for lovely service and for helping me find a bed.

The customer service was so good. I was given the information I needed as well as the time to process the information and look around the store and not have someone whack on me every 5 minutes. In the end I felt the choice I made was both informed and my own. The assistance I received was lovely.
