I was welcomed with a friendly smile by Agnes/Atif in the Beckton Store. They provided an excellent customer service throughout my visit and made sure I was comfortable and spoke to me in a very respectful manner. They explained in detail about the products I wanted to purchase.

Alif greeted us professionally and saw I was finding it difficult to find a mattress suitable for my mum. He recommended my mum use the Sleepmatch, I explained whatever the results she didn’t want a full on foam mattress, he understood. After the results he recommended my mum try out three different mattress and my mum loved all three. Still undecided he took his time to explain the enemy’s of each mattress and finally my mum chose one. He also offered us a bottle of water which was very nice.
