Dreams - Beckton

I have had dealings with Dreams in Beckton on two occasions. The first occasion was so good I was tempted to use them again. Glad I did. The staff are always so lovely and helpful and I always walk away feeling I got a good deal. Will probably visit Dreams and the Beckton dreams in particular whenever I need anything relating to beds. The staff always make me feel valued. This time I was dealt with by Sway and Ali. Previously I was dealt with by a Pakistani man he was great too.

As soon I entered the store I was warmly welcomed by Agnes/Arif. I was physically shown the products I was interested in. Agnes showed and made me use the sleep match in order I can purchase the correct matteress. She went through every detail with me if the mattress I chose and the bed.

We were greeted by Ali who kindly offered us a drink before getting an understanding of what I was looking for. Ali then took me over to the ‘Sleepmatch’ which told me which type of mattress would be best for me. Ali then asked my preference of pillow so I could use this whilst trying the beds. The pillow had a disposable covering and paper towel was laid down before I tried each mattress and social distancing was kept. I tried 5 mattresses and came to a decision about which was most comfortable. Ali then showed me the ‘Woodbridge’ frame which I had seen online and wanted. I discussed my budget with Ali and he explained that there is the interest free finance option or I could leave a deposit and pay the remainder a week before delivery. We sat down and checked how much of a deposit I would have to leave. We also discussed options of solid or sprung slats, insurance, bed assembly and mattress protectors. He did explain that as my bed frame wasn’t currently available but delivery would be around 6-8 weeks. Overall I was extremely happy with the service Ali provided.
