Dreams - Wednesbury

Sales assistant spent over an hour and a half getting my wife and myself to try all mattress types and manufacturers, even went and got us coffees. This is a service that we have come to appreciate at Dreams as returning customers. Finally settled on a Harris mattress and having our first sleep in it tonight. Thanks again to all the staff at Wednesbury store

From the time we entered the store we were greeted by a staff member who was very polite and made us very welcome and aware of the deals on offer at this time. The beds where set out so you had no problems accessing them if you needed to try them or to look around them to see the quality of the beds on display. When we decided to purchase the bed in our time and not pressured at all, the staff member made us very comfortable throughout the purchase and made sure we did not rush and went through all the paperwork to make sure we where satisfied. We would recommend the Dreams store in Wednesbury without hesitation to anyone.

The member of staff that saw to us, John, was very friendly, knowledgable and approachable. We knew we wanted a combination mattress, and he pointed us straight in the right direction.

When we entered the building we were greeted and asked for what we were looking for. The sales person explained where the products were and gave us all the information on the mattresses we liked. When we found it he gave us some more insight into the product. All in all we were very happy with our experience
