Garry helped us with our experience at Dreams. He was very knowledgeable and very very helpful. He guided us through the different scenarios and asked us questions to establish our needs. We never felt pushed or involved in a sales pitch. He was tremendously knowledgable and helpful ensuring all our needs were met. A big thank you to him. He must be a valued employee.

We only had a very limited amount of time to spend in store as we have a disabled son and someone was looking after him,we went in store yesterday and straight away we were approached by a team member we told him exactly what we needed and straight away he showed us what we were looking for we choose what we wanted and he got on the computer to put our order in it didn't take long at all from start to finish he was great with us and didn't pressure us into anything,he put our order in and told us when we were having delivery etc overall it was a brilliant at how quickly we got everything that we wanted on order, this is our third time ordering from yourselves over the last one and 1/2 years thanku for doing exactly what we wanted and how fantastic how quickly you got everything done great job xx

Gary the salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful and attentive to what I wanted and needed for the bed and mattress I brought

Had an excellent experience at Dreams in Wednesbury. Gary approached me and my wife and saw that we had a problem with choosing the type of mattress that we required. Gary explained and showed to us the types of mattresses and how they worked. We chose a combination mattress in the end and tested a few. Since we were on a budget Gary also pointed out some of the ex-stock mattresses that were on a discount. We were so happy with the with Gary’s customer service he deserves a promotion and an award! The whole process from start to finish was excellent. We are very pleased with our purchase and we also had some pillows thrown in at no extra cost. Dreams will also take our old mattress away too!

Hardeep was amazing, he was friendly from the get go understood his stakeholders needs and had a clear understanding on the mattresses we required. Alltogther he made our experience fun and not a dreaded one.

We were greeted by Jaz as we entered the store and he kindly showed us the items we were interested in and explained the options we had in buying our first adjustable bed and he also showed us the range of suitable mattresses. His knowledge and recommendations were most helpful.

Great easy experience, members of staff on the ball, helped us get the mattress we wanted , and was very helpful, got to wait to months for them which is neither there fault or yours it was the mattress we wanted hence the not satisfied and not dissatisfied on the one question
