I was highly satisfied because he listened to me and understood what I needed. So I didn’t get offered things I didn’t need, which in turn didn’t put me off.

The assistant Andrew was very helpful and took time to listen to our specific requirements, and then showed us a selection of products that would be suitable for our needs. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decission,just given helpful and knowledgeable advise which made the whole process easy and stress free.We were even made a cup of coffee!! Well done,and many thanks

Karen helped us pick a bed, she was honest and helpful at pointing us in the right direction . She was friendly and down to earth.

The store was well laid out clearly showing products available from the moment of walking into the store. We were not harrassed while looking at products and were only approached when we were clearly seeking a specific product. The sales person (Chris) was very product knowledgeable and sought from us a background of our requirements for the beds we were enquiring about - i.e sleeping positions - before proceeding to show us what was available.

The sales assistant Karen was brilliant from the moment we walked in she asked what we were looking for and explained all the different types of mattresses we were given a tea and coffee which was lovely and she also gave us these amazing pillows to try out on the beds which were brilliant x

It was my first visit to a Dreams store.I was not looking forward to spending the afternoon with my wife looking at mattresses (not the most exciting of Saturday afternoons).It was brilliant, great service and advice from Shaun at the Poole store and out of the door with an order places in under 30 mins.Our delivery was on time with great communication,very happy with our purchase.
