We were given time to look around and the assistant explained a bout all the different beds to enable us to make our choice .

We were greeted on arriving at the store by a sales lady who help explain the firmness of the mattress and what we could have with each base and what sizes the bases or frames came in. We were able to lie on each type of mattress so that we could choose which was best for us. She did not hurry us and we could take our time choosing. She helped us make the right decision and got all the prices before we made our choose. Coffee was served while we made our order and she went through all T & C's thoroughly. I have to say this was the best experience I have had in buying a bed.

because we were not pestered or followed around the store. The different types of mattress were explained to us when we entered the store and we were then left to browse the store, and the salesman waited until we were ready to order.

Our salesman Andrew was knowledgeable about the beds and which would be best for us, he did not try and sell us the most expensive. He listened to our requirements and was friendly and helpful

The gentleman who served me was very welcoming and polite, I arrived half an hour before closing time and he gave me the time I needed, and a cup of tea whilst he did the paperwork. I was also interested in information about mattress protectors for allergy sufferers, he showed me the range, but understood I did not want to buy at this time. I was not pleased at the 5 week wait for delivery, but the salesman explained to me the delivery trail, and that I may be contacted sooner if a bed becomes available.
