From the moment me and my partner entered the store we was approached by Abs. He was very friendly and engaging and asked us what we was particularly looking for. Once we mentioned our needs he had recommended us to try sleep match. Me and my partner thought why not give it ago! We was very glad we’ve tried out sleep match as it helped us make our purchase decision even firmer. Thanks to Abs for his hospitality and service.

We were greeted by Gurdeep upon our arrival to the store . His ability to listen to our needs , the way he assessed our needs for a bed , a tailor made mattress , even down to finding the right memory pillows were totally not only impressive , also over and above caring . Gurdeeo was sensitive to my husband’s physical needs as he had two strokes and he went out of his way to assess the needs of our mattress as well as how to positition our heads on the pillows to gain maximum comfort when we go to sleep . I am a retired nurse who used to work in hospices , and the way Gurdeep attending to us made me appreciate the sensitive human touch he posses . As customers we rarely experience such TLC , and I must let you know that the likes of Gurdeep are very rare . The Manager of the branch was also very friendly, attentive and kind . Again a rare and a priceless quality we were fortunate to experience. We are truly satisfied with our experience to Merryhill Branch . Wishing you all the very best . Thank you so much .

I am highly satisfied with heather at this store as she was very helpful and understanding to my situation. I was in store buying a Christmas present for my mum but my budget wasn’t very high, heather showed me everything within my price range. I liked that heather wasn’t just showing me items out of my budget just to get a sale. She understood my budget and respected that.
