I was highly satisfied due to the the assistant I had from The staff was amazing they showed me a number of products and which one was best for my mother's needs so was amazing and In the end got the right product

The store assistant Jenny (Brierley Hill store) was extremely helpful and patient with dealing all our products and measurement queries through out the product selection process. She patiently explained all details and helped us ensure the products we chose fitted with our room blue prints. Great customer service from the entire team. Five star.
