i was highly satisfied as was left to look around and not harassed as soon as i came in the door. when i needed assistance Jennifer was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, she gave us the information and the time to make our decision of which item to purchase.

The member of staff who helped me choose a mattress was very informative and helpful. I probably was not going to buy a mattress that day, but I did. The salesman did his job and succeeded without being pushy or overbearing.

Our experience from start to finish was top quality. From the moment we walked into the shop we were acknowledged and given the time to shop alone before assistance was given. Abs was on hand when needed and answered all questions and queries we had. Our little boy was also given story books to keep him occupied.
