I wasn't sure what I was looking for but I was extremely pleased with the service and the time and effort that went into helping me find the right product.

Met as soon as walked through the door and an assistant (jennie / Jillie) was available very good and patient. Could have spent a lot longer testing mattresses but not pushed at all to be quick. Understood my needs and didn't try to make me deviate.

Assistant was pleasant and polite. Extremely knowledgable of the products.

We were given good guidance and time to experience the products. Also we were not pressurised into making a decision.

Brilliant customer service and staff were very knowledgeable.

The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgable without being 'pushy' I received a great deal with my purchase and should receive my delivery soon.

From the moment my partner and I stepped through the doors, staff were attentive and immediately offered assistance, which we definitely needed. We were offered the use of the mattress analyser and this alongside the product knowledge of Jenny, our sales advisor, was invaluable. It allowed us to make a swift decision. All in all, a very pleasurable visit and purchase experience, and of course, high praise for Jenny's knowledgable and friendly approach.

When we entered the store we were had a little wonder around and the Jenny came over and discussed with us our needs. She showed us a range of mattresses. We thought we would need a firm mattress but Jenny advised us to try the lie down mattress selector. When we finished our 3 mins she discussed the options given and the selector had chosen a medium mattress. So we decided to go home and look and the firmness of the one at home. We returned the following day and Jenny remembered us and helped with our final selection. She had excellent knowledge and was helpful and friendly.

Very helpful and understanding of mine and hubby's needs to get a good night's sleep, and a little extra space, so we went for a king size bed.
