Dreams - Brierley Hill

I wasn't sure what I was looking for but I was extremely pleased with the service and the time and effort that went into helping me find the right product.

Met as soon as walked through the door and an assistant (jennie / Jillie) was available very good and patient. Could have spent a lot longer testing mattresses but not pushed at all to be quick. Understood my needs and didn't try to make me deviate.

Assistant was pleasant and polite. Extremely knowledgable of the products.

We were given good guidance and time to experience the products. Also we were not pressurised into making a decision.

Brilliant customer service and staff were very knowledgeable.

The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgable without being 'pushy' I received a great deal with my purchase and should receive my delivery soon.

The staff (particularly Abs and Jag) were engaging, informative, good salesmen (using questions to guide their pitch not simply forcing one product/ idea). All in all they were just excellent. We were there for two hours but it did feel like two hours.We felt considered, respected and ultimately left feeling confident about our purchase.

I walked into Dreams Brierley Hill looking for a mattress. What an experience I had. After browsing for a short time I was asked by a member of staff if I needed any help. I said, yes please - I was escorted to the special mattress machine, the workings of which were fully explained to me, after a few relaxing minutes, my report was complete. From these findings I was shown several options to purchase which would suit me. I was given plenty of time to choose which suited me best. Once I had decided I attracted the attention of the helpful member of staff and duly paid for the mattresses. Oh, I also chose a single mattress too !! Great Service. Made me feel like I was certainly in Dreamland !!!!!
