The Salesman Jag was very knowledgeable and cared about me and my needs, Very helpful and made me make the correct decision on the bed I purchased and the best customer service received from the salesman. The salesman was very happy to serve me and very enthusiastic all round best salesman I have dealt with

Staff very friendly and efficient. Explained the difference between all the different mattresses to suit our needs. Didn’t try and push the most expensive items.

Heather helped me and my husband choose two beds for my sons and arranged the delivery for the week we wanted on February as we have builders coming in to complete a job. For improvements I think an invesent must be made for hot drinks for the customers.

Had our sleep position analysed which gave us a much better idea of which type of mattress would be most suitable for us.Store assistant - Jennifer very attentive without being too pushy.

Our assistance from the Dreams employee (Heather) was brilliant. She gave us enough space to discuss and try out the beds, along with enough assistance to pick a bed from the multiple that were in shop. The dreams machine was a good experience and seemed quite insightful to our needs. Ordering and paying was a breeze and we were asked if we wanted any additional features which we did take up on some.

I was very satisfied with my first ever experience of Dreams store. I felt valued as a customer, I felt the sincerity of the staff, and I could sense the expertise. Valued as a customer: When I walked instore one sales staff was assisting another on the computer, but upon seeing me, he paused his colleague and addressed me. I told him that I could wait, but he insisted on hearing my enquiry. This made me feel valued in the currency of time. The sincerity of the staff: Abdulla listened to my request and identified my problem (I needed a 4ft mattress to-go). He offered all the solutions he could offer within Dreams stock. He even recommended that I check out local bed shops to see if they had exactly what I was looking for but advised that in Dreams would be the best quality and value for money in the time frame I had (a mattress to go). He held the remaining mattress in stock for me and that is what I purchased on my return Sense the expertise: Abdulla made me try the mattress, told me the specs of the mattress and explained the advantages of having a quality mattress, including mattress care. Which he offered protectors, pillows and an 8-year guarantee! Awesome experience!

I wasn't sure what I was looking for but I was extremely pleased with the service and the time and effort that went into helping me find the right product.

Met as soon as walked through the door and an assistant (jennie / Jillie) was available very good and patient. Could have spent a lot longer testing mattresses but not pushed at all to be quick. Understood my needs and didn't try to make me deviate.
