I was highly satisfied in general.

Overall satisfied, everything was easy and discussed with us very friendley people

The only reason I was satisfied was because I ordered a headboard and the earliest delivery date was the 30th May To me this seemed a very slow delivery window for just a headboard

Because I never give 10/10

I am in a wheelchair and got stuck in lift for some time. How I will not be going to the upper floor again so will be unable to view goods on that floor. Which is were the beds were i wanted to look at. The store was busy this time I visited and all assistants has customs.

I was not offered any information on the mattress i was looking at and the staff were not to polite.

Everything was fine just waiting for delivery now so wouldn't like to say to much till it's arrived

I was extremely satisfied. I could probably be more complimentary once I’ve tried the bed that I have purchased.

Items I wanted had to be manufactured. lead time was a few weeks away.
