I was satisfied with the level of service, the assistants made themselves aware and asked if I needed help, but did not follow me around and badger me which I highly appreciate when making a high value purchase. They were very friendly and approachable and can not fault that. The store layout was a little confusing at the beginning, and took me a while to really narrow down where I should be looking. The main let down was the sale, POS in store was very prevalent throughout ‘up to 60% off’ but this was not really relevant to a lot in store which was quite disappointing. I would say most of the reductions were around 10%.

The IT system was down when we attempted to lie on the bed to analyse our mattress need. This wasnt tesolved before we purchased our bed. Also the IT system was still down when we made our purchases, so we had to wait 2 hrs for a phone call to confirm our purchase

Absolute perfection is very difficult to achieve staff etc were all very good was served with curtesy and very friendly no complaints what’s so ever

sales team were a little to forward and made the experience not as relaxing as could have been, they were very helpful and not rude but we didn't need a hard sell just the advice and recommendations.

Whilst I found what I wanted, with help, the range was limited and the clarity of information about the product less than perfect but with assistance I got wanted I was after.
