Very well looked after by both Jody at Kidderminster and Jenny at Brierly Hill. Nothing was too much trouble

Really helped with getting my mom a sleepmotion, who needs it for her health. Plus we could get it delivered in time for her birthday! Very friendly and I really appreciate the help! Thanks guys!

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by Jag and asked how he could help, I explained what I was looking for and after the assessment Jenny explained the results and the recommendations to me. After trying a few mattresses I decided what I wanted to buy and sat down to order, Jenny was great and also Jag came over to see how I was getting on. Overall excellent service from the in store staff!!

The manager & his team are a credit to your company. I have had x 5 beds for one house, x 4 beds for another & a sofa bed. The staff are polite, well mannered, knowledgeable of your products & nothing is too much trouble. A fantastic store with a lovely ambiance & a great team.

I am awaiting lower spine surgery and needed a new bed and mattress for my recovery. Jenny was extremely helpful, empathetic and understanding and took her time to go through all the options available and took her time to go through all the details. She is a credit to your company and an excellent representative for your brand.

We were served by Heather at the BrierleyHill store . She had excellent knowledge of all of the mattresses available . Without her it would have been very confusing and difficult to make the right choice . She measured us both up with the computerised assessment bed to pick out the mattresses most likely to suit our needs , from there we were able to make our choice .Well done and thank you Heather .
