Dreams - Brierley Hill

The whole experience was just lovely. Found a mattress we wanted at a good price. The woman who helped us was lovely knew what products would be best for us and helped us get everything we needed at a very good price. Cheaper than other shops we had looked at. The total price was amazing especially with free delivery with a speedy delivery date.

This is our 2nd visit and purchase to this Dreams store in Brierly hill we have tried other dreams store but have got to know assistants by name and trust their knowledge and guidance at this location Thank you

We had a friendly greeting. The information given was adequate without been overly pushy. They listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right mattress for us. Hopefully when it is delivered we will have a good nights sleep!

Great product knowledge

The assistant was very helpful and attentive , he was very attentive also he brought my 9 year old into the conversation which he found fun most people just speak to the adults , but this guy made it interesting as well as informative. Would definitely use Dreams again

I visited your Brierley Hill store to buy a single bed. Parking was easy which is important because I have mobility problems. Your sales assistant Heather couldn't have been more helpful and I found exactly what I was looking for. The price was very acceptable and the bed will be delivered in just over a week which was a nice surprise given the current supply problems.

It was the member of staff Jagdeep who made our experience “highly satisfactory”. Jagdeep is patient, listens well, is easy to get along with and has an excellent knowledge of the products he sells and the benefits or drawbacks for the customer. Absolutely excellent customer service!!! Could not fault!!

Abs, was fantastic, we entered the shop to just simply browse, but we’re treated so well and guided in finding the perfect bed, we couldn’t not buy it. Overall experience was top notch, and this was because of Abs. Top man.
