we were made to feel welcome by all staff we came into contact with but we approached by jennifer who answered all our questions clearly and wasnt at all pusshy she then helped us with our finall purchase and we left totally satisfied

The service from Heather was outstanding. She was so easy to talk to about what we needed.

I was initially served by Abs who was extremely helpful is showing me the sleep machine to determine which bed suited me and then going through my list of options with me. I had to return another day to look at the bed as I had to run to work on the first day and on this day Kelly served me, and was nothing but helpful and knowledgable on the beds at hand. She went through all the clearance beds upstairs which matched my budget and bed needs and was very helpful in answering all my questions. She was quick when I was putting in my order for my bed and handled the card machine breaking very quickly to not delay me any further, while still chatting to me and creating a really friendly atmosphere.
