Dreams - Bridgend

We had the assistance of Sean at the Bridgend store who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We knew the bed frame we wanted, and a good idea on the mattress. Sean explained the features of the bed frame, then we were invited to try the mattress finder in store, which we did. Sean explained the difference between the mattresses we tried in store. We were very happy with our experience at the store and will recommend to everyone.

From the time we entered the Bridgend store, Sean was very helpful and fully explained the bed that worked out the mattress that we needed for a good nights sleep. He took us to try the beds that it suggested. Asked us which bed was our choice and if we were pleased, did we want to proceed with a purchase? We were asked if we'd like a drink, Sean talked us through the order. He got the pillows ready for us to take home and left very pleased that we would be getting a new bed that hasn't go springs sticking out that gives us a restful night sleep.

Dreams Bridgend, is clean, bright, and the staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable of the product l was looking for.

As soon as we entered the Bridgend store we were greeted by Mike who was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. He explained to us the prices of what we were looking for and the various options. He then showed us the sleep match bed which was excellent. He took a lot of time explaining the difference between mattresses, he also choose a pillow to suit our sleeping position to try out with the mattress. When we decided to purchase his recommendation the desks were Covid friendly and we were offered water. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the Bridgend store to everyone
