My wife and myself went to dreams knowing we would be purchasing a new mattress. On arrival we met Marcus from the Bridgend branch. He was fantastic and so friendly and helpful. We went on the sleep master and what a fantastic experience it was. Going to dreams was a great day out. Its was really fun and that what you want when you shopping. It really was a great experience me and my had. Marcus has great experience in beds,mattress and he was so grateful to help us find the right mattress for us as we both suffer with bad backs. Marcus customer service skills are fantastic and he couldn't do anything else for us. When we left I had spoken to my father about our purchase and I explained our experience to him and within the hour my father went on store and met with Marcus and purchased a bed and mattress. He loved the experience. It really is a 10 out of 10 from myself, the experience,sleep master,friendly,knowledge,service skills. Fantastic. This is how you should feel when you go shopping. My partner and I visited as we are moving into our first home together and needed a new bed. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who asked us all of the necessary questions to get us to the best possible bed and mattress. He then took us to the Sleepmatch technology machine where we were instructed on what to do from there and were made to feel very comfortable. He then took us around the store where we tried various mattresses suited to our needs and we found the perfect mattress for us. We decided that the bed and mattress were perfect and that we would be purchasing them both.

We had the assistance of Sean at the Bridgend store who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We knew the bed frame we wanted, and a good idea on the mattress. Sean explained the features of the bed frame, then we were invited to try the mattress finder in store, which we did. Sean explained the difference between the mattresses we tried in store. We were very happy with our experience at the store and will recommend to everyone.
