Sion was able to answer all of my queries and to provide us with examples of beds to enable me to make an informed decision about the bed frame to choose. Even though I had looked online at the bed frame I wanted to see it in store to make sure it was suitable. Also, my biggest concern was purchasing the mattress, this was made so much easier with the sleep station in store.

Excellent staff friendly, helpful, involved my daughter as the purchase was for her.

I was given a special mattress to sleep on to assess which mattresses were most suitable and I was allowed to try out the various mattresses selected.

was greeted well without being pushy listened to what we wanted and advised us well did a sleep match and explained what was happening we felt safe against any risk of covid as the sales assistant kept their distance gave us a pillow and a cover to carry around with us to try out the beds offered us a drink and was very knowledgeable and patient and friendly without being pushy

Process was simple and efficient from start to finish. Sale member listened to our needs, before placing us on the 'scanner' and then allowing us to try the 4 selected mattresses as recommended. No rush, we were encouraged to take our time and chose the bed that was right for us. Covid rules followed at all times, including when passing other customers in store.
