The Adviser was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease from entry, testing what bed suited us best and to completion.

Marcus approached shortly after I entered the store. He wasn't pushy and asked if I needed help. I explained my problem and he suggested using the sleep-match bed to determine which beds would suit me. He was chirpy, informative, relaxed, and made the process very easy. He offered me a bottle of water which I thought was great. He pulled my chair out for me like a true gentleman and remained helpful throughout the sale. He even walked me to the door. Very impressed.

Very satisfied with the information given and the lack of pressure from your staff and given plenty of time to take in the technical information given overall a pleasant shopping experience.

From the moment we entered the store, the staff were highly attentive to our needs and requirements and were very mindful of health and safety of everyone in the store. Plus their product knowledge allowed it easier and less stressful to find what we wanted.

As soon as we entered the store this lady approached us and told us about the Covid restrictions and asked us if we needed help , we told her we wanted to look round so she left us but then came back to ask if we needed help . We went in looking for a bed and mattress not really wanting to spend too much . The lady asked if we wanted to lay on the bed for it to measure what mattress was best for us , as soon as she told us which ones would be good for us and we tried it we were convinced to spend more and was more than happy to do so .

We were greeted within a very short time of entering the store. We had an idea of what we were looking for and Marcus(the assistant) clearly explained the options available to us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and Covid preventative measures were in place.
