All the staff where very friendly and helpful

Myself and my husband,went into dreams ,customer service was brilliant they could not do enough for us,we tryed out the mattress tester bed to find which one suited us,we had a few options but we found the perfect one thanks to Mike the sales rep he was great nothing was to much answered all our questions.we placed an order for a bed ,mattress,and bedroom furniture,can’t wait for it to arrive now.

Everything was done well they looked after our needs

Over all very good Nickita was so helpful giving me all choices available to me and great when I had to change bed base order next day by phone all done with ease and peace of mind Great would ask for Nickita to assist me on my next visit

We were greeted very soon after arriving at the store by Marcus who wasvery friendly and helpfull and talked us through the process of deciding which bed and matress was best suited to our needs.

Everything was explained clearly and without any pushy sales pitch. He understood what I was looking for and didn’t try to make me go over my budget. Is I felt at ease and was able to make a choice I was happy with.
